Collaborate with executive-level management and other key departments in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
EFFICIENCY - Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased qualitative and quantitative growth.

Assist in developing strategies and implementation plans to improve and standardize all aspects of operations.

COMPLIANCE - Create and uphold organization policies and standards and best practices in conjunction with executive team, ensuring legislative regulations are followed.
Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines imperative.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Provide highly-organized implementation, execution and follow through for all key goals.

years of management experience required Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, management or related field Excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Works well multi-tasking, and in fast-paced environments Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Exhibits strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational, analytical, and solution-focused problem-solving skills Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality In-Home Care background Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn Wellsky software and other project management platforms Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success Proven work experience as a strong team leader - and listener Benefits To be hired and eligible for benefits, candidates must complete a Satisfactory Background Check, complete State Required Training, complete Onboarding Paperwork, and receive branch final approval.
