Currently hiring for part time or full time year round positions.

Graveyard shifts available for $18 an hour.
Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
Job Overview The Guest Services team provides shuttle services, CPR/First Aid, postal services, property monitor.
Guest Services is responsible for assisting all elements of the Property Services Departments, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk and others as assigned.
This is a full-time customer facing role that requires frequent communication and collaboration with customers, managers and vendors.
General Responsibilities First point of contact in handling customer inquiries Shuttle's Reporting Snow Removal Maintain and service shuttle vans Maintain tools and equipment for maintenance and repairs Provide Postage services Assist colleagues whenever necessary Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Aptitudes:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities (People skills, positive phone/email etiquette, writing skills, service-oriented, diplomatic and occasionally shows the ability to be firm with tact) Inventory management Excellent organizational skills/aptitudes Motivated and self-driven Education and
Experience:
Proven Customer Service experience required.
ADA Information Physical Requirements Ability to speak and hear Close and distance vision Frequent sitting with some walking and standing Frequently lifts/carries up to 50 lbs Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills Working Conditions Generally, in a vehicle Will be using a computer Primarily On-Call, although, infrequent extended hours may be required Job Types:
