The ideal candidate has exceptional communication and organizational skills with special attention to detail and accuracy.
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Willingness to interact with the general public, Effectively communicating program and facility information, rules and regulations, Effectively registering customers for programs, Handles conflicts with patrons, as needed, Cash handling and cash till balancing, and Works the Kiosk in Centennial Park during the summer months.
Computer skills, filing, janitorial upkeep of the office area, and emergency care as required are all a part of this position.
This position reports to the Administrative Services Manager.
Possession of CPR/PR certificate and Advanced First Aid certificate issued by American Red Cross must be obtained within 30 days.
