We greet, help, and thank our customers all day, every day.
We're always helping customers, and often have to help when there's a problem.
We make sure the entrances are safe and secure, and report when things aren't right.
There are some pre-requisites for the AP Service Team Associate position:
Associates who are extended a job offer must pass a drug screen check to work in Asset Protection.
The position is not eligible for temporary alternative duty (TAD) following a workplace injury.
Example of daily activity:
Stands for long periods of time.
Stands at the entrance without a lectern, stool, or chair.
Visually locates merchandise and other objects.
Quickly finds merchandise that sets off the EAS alarm.
Observes associate, customer, or supplier behavior.
Monitors the behavior of multiple people at one time Creates documents, reports, etc.
using a writing instrument (such as a pencil or pen) or computer.
Making notes for a manager about an event at the front doors.
Grasps, turns, and manipulates objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Handles merchandise.
Reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Handles merchandise in and under shopping carts.
Cleans up spills on the floor.
Cleans the doors and windows.
Zones merchandise.
Communicates effectively in person or by using telecommunications equipment.
Communicates with customers and associates in person, and using a two-way radio Visually verifies and reads information, often in small print Verifies receipts Job Types:
