Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a versatile Marketing Manager who can lead our marketing efforts and support our sales organization.
This is a unique opportunity to have a substantial impact on our company, helping to shape our marketing strategy, generate engaging collateral, manage our social media presence, and liaise directly with our sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Create and manage marketing collateral to support sales efforts.
- Handle our social media presence, creating engaging content and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Draft press releases and manage media relations.
- Coordinate trade show participation, including logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up efforts.
- Support sales organization with marketing insights, collateral, and strategies.
- Handle some account management duties as necessary.
- Track, report, and analyze marketing efforts and their impact on sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the freight brokerage, supply chain, or inventory management industry.
- Demonstrated success in creating and implementing marketing strategies.
- Experience in handling corporate social media accounts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with experience coordinating trade shows or similar events.
- Ability to support a sales team, with an understanding of marketing-sales dynamics.
Experience in account management is a plus.
