Summary:
Our company is seeking a Dispatcher to join our small team.
Dispatchers are responsible for managing the schedule and dispatching our team of technicians to customers homes, as well as coordinating on-site repairs.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
The hours for this position will be 11am-4pm, with the expectation of this to become a full time position in the future.
Key
Responsibilities:
Maintain, update, and route technician schedules Schedule incoming service calls and warranty requests Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have the necessary parts and equipment to complete scheduled repairs Manage/audit inventory and order necessary parts for repairs Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Provide additional administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor Physical Requirements:
