up to $50k annually Position Summary / Purpose Create high levels of customer satisfaction by establishing collaborative relationships among the project teams and sub-contractors, resolving issues with customers and promoting a collaborative and rapidly responding team.
Assist in the tracking, support and facilitation of the timely and profitable delivery of all services required to quickly return customer's property to pre-loss condition.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities Take incoming calls from customers in order to address questions, concerns and lead them through the loss process Support, facilitate and coordinate the work of mitigation teams Provide timely project status updates to Project Managers, sub-contractors, adjusters, customers, and referral sources Collect daily production site reports & follow up job activities daily Assist with creating Mitigation and EMS services bids Gather supporting documentation for building estimates Purchase materials and schedule deliveries as needed Maintain customer information in PJM database Conduct post project calls to ensure services were provided well and customer is satisfied Additional Duties and Responsibilities Maintain project files Attend company meetings Support CE / Venues Decision Rights and Authority Schedule delivery of materials from external vendors Establish daily production schedules Working Relationships and Scope Establishes collaborative relationships among project and constituent groups Coordinates with Marketing for follow-up and job evaluation with customers Coordinates with customer and administration function for timely collection of project payment Performance Competencies Oral Communication - The individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
