The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for working with customers, answering inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and handling customer requests and orders in a professional and timely manner.
Compensation & Benefits This is a full time - hourly position that offers compensation of $20 to $24 per hour, paid semimonthly.

Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, providing accurate information and referring to upper management for resolution where necessary.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers in an accurate and timely manner.
Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Maintain customer databases, payment records, and other records.
Maintain a professional and friendly approach with all customers.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest changes and improvements.
Track customer orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred At least two years' experience in customer service Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and work under strict deadlines Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices EEOC Statement Ed Staub & Sons Petroleum, Inc.
