- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Manage reservations and ensure accurate billing - Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure clean and well-maintained guest rooms - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively - Train, supervise, and schedule front desk staff - Maintain a neat and organized front desk area Requirements :
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk management preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Multilingual skills are a plus - Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices - Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and diplomacy - Proficient in using front desk software systems - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or requirements.
