We are looking for a General Warehouse & Data Associate to help with picking/packing orders, receiving, stock oversight, light assembly, and more around the warehouse.
This is most certainly not an Amazon or other big box store warehouse job.
There's loads of room for growth; we promote in-house first, and we want you to succeed and be happy here.
While working in the warehouse, you will need to be on your feet, and you must be able to safely lift cartons and easily move around the warehouse space.
The ability to learn, read, and remember instructions is required.
Our warehouse is brightly lit, clean, and climate-controlled.

A standard workday is 8:
00 am - 4:
00 pm, Monday-Friday.
During peak season, there is some overtime and the occasional weekend day.

Job Requirements All employees must be vaccinated for COVID-19 in order to work onsite.
Literate in English (written and oral) Track record of success at methodical, organized, detail-oriented work Basic computer literacy must have the ability to learn the software we use Work quietly and efficiently unsupervised for at least 60 minutes straight Remember and follow multiple directions without supervision Work quickly, quietly, and independently, meeting efficiency goals Move comfortably and quickly around a large warehouse space Stand, walk, squat, bend, and move throughout your entire shift Maintain focus for the duration of the shift Frequently lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs, climb stairs while holding boxes Reliably get to and from work Safely operate a pallet jack, picking trolly, and various carts Maintain a civil attitude (Arrive at work sober, clean, and able to communicate with coworkers in a polite and respectful fashion) Main Duties Pick items from a picklist Pack orders accurately and quickly Learn and remember which items require special packaging and pack accordingly.
Use the shipping software to ship orders, generate labels & affix them to cartons.
Stock picking shelves, shipping supplies, etc.
Load/unload pallets and containers.
Light assembly/quality control/production work at times throughout the year Identify and communicate errors to the manager Maintain a clean workspace and assist with maintaining clean communal spaces Organize, sort, and count physical inventory in the warehouse and maintain the digital inventory using software Other duties as assigned.
