Responsibilities:


Our customer service representatives perform the following tasks:


o Carefully listen to and understand customer issues


o Probe and isolate issue causes


o Utilize available resources to identify appropriate solutions for customers


o Explain product features and benefits, answering questions and setting proper expectations for customer inquiries


o Ensure customer satisfaction through effective call resolution


o Identify and escalate emerging product or customer dissatisfaction issues


These positions are full-time, 40 hours per week. We are seeking candidates to fill a variety of schedules including days, nights and weekends. ibex sets every candidate up for success by offering a minimum of three weeks of paid professional training.


Requirements of the position include:


o High school diploma or the equivalent


o Basic computer navigation and technical skills


o Advanced problem-solving skills


o Typing proficiency of at least 25 words per minute


o Ability to multi-task


o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


o Company drug screen and background check are required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
